Personal experience
Where the programme ends, our growth does not.
“The best thing is that Mark gave us the tools to keep working independently on our future together.”
After a year and a half of burnout, Hugo came to Mark through his employer. As a care professional, he was sceptical; without his employer’s trust, he probably would not have started the programme.
Hugo had already received support through his GP, mental healthcare, occupational therapy, occupational physicians and an occupational psychologist. He wrote that this initially helped, but did not give him a clear path forward.
On Mark’s advice, he followed the programme together with his partner. They got to know themselves and each other better, began communicating more effectively and built shared habits into daily life.
Hugo noticed that he could think more clearly, was much less forgetful and had more energy. For him, the greatest value was the independence afterwards: when Mark’s programme ended, their growth did not.
This is one person’s experience. One person’s outcome is not a promise to another.
